  合同工程师Contract Engineer(CCGT Xiamen)
Job Requirement:
1. Diploma ( D3 ) from Dept. of civil engineering.
2. 5-10 years experience as a Subcontract Administrator for industrial projects.
3. Good knowledge of English (written and spoken) with good communication skills.
4. Coordinating capabilities between various depts.
5. Computer literacy: Microsoft word, excel, etc.

1. Responsible for the supervision and productivity of all project personnel. Makes decisions relative to the hiring and firing of employees.
2. Directs preparation and execution of Mobilization Plan, Project Schedule, Project, Project Manual, and Project Labor Agreement.
3. Directly responsible for field/job site activities.
4. Establishes good client/customer relations.
5. Establishes good public relations with local government and civic groups.
6. Direct/Implements established company policies for alternative action and equal employment opportunities.
7. Administers Labor Relations Program.
8. Maintains a personal daily diary.
9. Directs and supervises the field operations though lead personnel as shown on the organization chart.

19. Prepares and issues monthly Project Status Report.
20. Releases for Initial Operation (RFIO) systems/areas in accordance with the schedule.
21. Plans and executes the demobilization of the project.
22. Issues History and Final Project Reports.

Job Requirement:
Requirement:
1. Full knowledge for EPC of combined cycle power plant. Preferably above 500MW.
2. Extensive coverage for both technical and commercial aspects.
3. Effective communication and coordination among owner, local authority, engineering, vendors and Construction Company.
4. 12-15 years project management experiences.
5. Must communicate well in English
6. Familiar with Primavera and MS Project.

Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor Degree in Engineering or material management
2. A minimum of Five (5) years experience in Expediting of equipment and materials for major industrial EPC Projects preferably Power Plant projects.
3. Firm understanding Vendor engineering, production, fabrication, and shipping cycles.
4. Good working knowledge of Project functional interfaces.
5. Knowledgeable of Equipment Vendors and Suppliers.
6. Familiar with Integrated Project Management Systems.
7. Pro-Active. Aggressive but not confrontational.
8. Multi-lingual.
9. Good communication and presentation skills.
10.Effective problem solver.
